i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the beach. central access was simple. the staff proved wonderful. their helpful and polite nature enhanced my stay. i used the available facilities. the restaurant and pool added value.
the rooftop pool and bar closed early most nights. at times 2 or 3 staff members were behind the bar on their phones. some nights they started packing up the seating about 7 pm. this affected the evening atmosphere.

the hotel staff were very kind. everyone smiled and greeted nicely, i seemed like home. the hotel rooms were newly built with decent size and they were very nice and clean. the hotel lobby also had a very pleasant environment
i had three rooms occupied. there was an air conditioning problem apparently as the cause of the mold smell. the staff was unfriendly

the room was large and comfortable and there was a wide desk. i also liked the giant tv screen displaying dozens of thai programs and western news channels. the bathtub plus shower plus hand-shower were great. the air conditioning calibration was just right too!
i found there were many staff doing very little.
